Suzuki Motorcycle Guide
Suzuki Motor Corporation is a Japanese manufacturer of motorcycles, ATVs, automobiles and 4x4 vehicles, marine engines, wheelchairs and small internal combustion engines. Suzuki motorcycle road tests and guides praise the company’s cruisers (Boulevard M109R, Boulevard C50T and others), sportbikes (Hayabusa, GSX-R1000, GSX1250FA and others), adventure tourers (V-Strom 650/1000), dual-sports (DR650SE, DR-Z400S) and dirt bikes (RM-Z450, DR-Z125 and others). You’re riding along on one of these new 2008 supersports, and suddenly slow down to contemplate the moment you’ve been waiting for. The road before you sweeps down into a valley, runs tidy and direct for several miles with nary a home or driveway or traffic, then climbs the other side–clear,... Read more »

photography by Kevin Wing [This 2008 Suzuki GSX650F Road Test was originally published in the March 2008 issue of Rider magazine] If you’re going to commute on a motorcycle in 38-degree temperatures, it may as well be on a bike you really like riding. March 7, 2008
TOKYO, Japan, October 2001: At the annual motorcycle show here this month, among the parade of exotic concept bikes, one neo hot-rod spoke to us–literally–more than any other, the Suzuki B-King. It must be hard for a company like Suzuki to improve what many consider to be the finest liter-class sportbike on the market. True to its mantra, the 2006 GSX-R1000 “owned the racetrack” as it took race wins and championships the world over. Clearly the Win on Sunday, Sell on Monday attitude... Read more »

When an existing motorcycle model is revamped, I hold my breath. Who will win in the corporate tug of war: The bean counters or the moto enthusiasts? How will they “improve” it? How much higher will that “new and improved” price be? For these reasons I was concerned when I heard... Read more »

A lot of riders look at these three motorcycles, scratch their heads, and wonder just what they’re meant for. Anybody who desires a good dirt bike can make a choice from a big selection, and a street rider has an even greater variety. Why get one of these machines, these compromises intended for... 2007 Suzuki Boulevard C50T Road Test

Very interesting. I’d just gassed up the Suzuki Boulevard C50T for the first time, and when I went to reset the tripmeter it read 110.8 miles, but the odometer only read 109. This is exactly the kind of inexplicable weirdness that keeps me awake at night-like why does Hawaii have interstate highways? Fortunately,... Read more »
