The new Indian Motorcycle engine will be revealed during Daytona Beach Bike Week next month. The public is invited to see and hear the actual engine on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at 9 p.m. (EST) at Dirty Harry’s Pub on Main Street in Daytona Beach, Florida. This will be the first place that the public can see and hear the engine that has been in development from a blank sheet of paper for the past two years.
Indian Motorcycles said the reveal will show the company’s dedication to the Indian brand while respecting its past and celebrating its future under Polaris Industries stewardship.
The company website will also have live information about the new engine at the same time, so those not in Daytona Beach can still take part in the reveal. The website will also include ongoing coverage from Daytona, featuring celebrity Mike Wolfe of the television show American Pickers, and special Indian Motorcycle projects.
