...I ride behind a windshield... got tired of bugs hitting my face at 80 mph.....and the wind trying to rip my head off......may not look cool....but dammit...I enjoy mah ride...
sheesh....I used to come home after ride on my sporty....my neck would be stiff as a board for hours....

Windshields and fairings are fine on sportbikes, but I hate them on cruisers. Mainly, I can't stand looking through them. If I had one it would have to be short enough to look over, then it wouldn't be all that effective. Just my opinion, but windshields don't look right at all when you match them with apehangers.

I have 16" apes and I am 6 feet tall. They are perfect. Have put 5-600 miles in a day with 'em, and no windshield. Love the bars, but when I am on the road I couldn't give a **** what the bike looks like, I want a windshield.
