After 62 years of walking, running, crawling, and general abuse my knees are singing the halleujah chorus. I still ride and will as long as I can get my leg over the bike. I've ridden all kinds of bikes but they all are uncomfortable after a 100 miles; any suggestions???

How tall are you? I've heard good things regarding dual sports for taller riders.

Any of the Harleys that have floorboards, and an engine guard, I put highway pegs low on the bars, rest my heel on the floorboard, and toe out on the peg.

I've just heard others recommend dual sports to people. I've never actually ridden one myself and can't speak from personal experience.

My Father is 70 years old and rides a Goldwing trike. He rides that thing 300-400 miles a day sometimes with no issues.

Hey windchaser,
The Fellowship of the Kings started out right here in the Rider forums, American V-Twin Forum, based on the topic "Anybody like the new Road King Custom?" Six years and 12,857 posts later, it's by far the longest thread in Rider history. The people who frequent the thread have formed a loose confederation based on themes of honesty, integrity and brotherhood. Our motto is, "It's the People, Not the Iron". We started out as all HD Road King Custom riders, but have since expanded to anyone or any scoot, so long as you agree with our values. C'mon over to that thread and introduce yourself! You'll find you're welcome. It's a great bunch of people.
Greenman.
