I am looking into buying my very first bike, and am seriously considering the Suzuki TU250X. I was just curious if anyone on the forums actually has this bike? If so, would love to hear about your experiences with the bike so far!

I can't tell you anything about it, but I wanted to commend you on being smart and starting out on a nice, small bike.

My first bike was a Rebel 250.

I first heard about it from the article in Rider...loved the article. Just curious to talk to other Rider readers that may have the bike.

I see no problem in starting small...for me, its the right thing to do. I know if I get a bike too big I won't want to take it out. Can't wait to get my little 250.
