I saw one today and they are even less attractive than in pictures.

I agree. The Vision is a love it or hate it bike, and I hate it.

not a fan of the looks but...2 weeks ago in las vegas i rented 1 for the day and took it up in the mountains and i was truly amazed how well this bike handles. if i ever buy a long distance tourer i'll get one of these. but god it is so frigging ugly......

Stay tuned: the Victory Vision is one of four bikes in our touring cruiser comparison in the September issue.

I like it better in person than in the pictures, but it is not finished like my Ultra, felt plasticy, (is that a word?)

At the time I looked at it, the handlebars were not adjustable, and I did not feel comfortable with the stock position.

As it is refined, it may be higher on my list. Just not now, but only because I plan to run the Ultra to 100,000 miles.

I test drove one at my local dealership recently and was pleasantly surprised at the handling. Seemed real sure-footed and a plush powerful ride. While I was there they demonstrated the tip over protection which could be a useful feature as well .
Styling is good but I thought the saddle bags were on the small side.
Over all, I found a lot to like about the Vision.
