No matter how I try, I can't get into any of the Victory bikes.

They look better than the latest Buell, though.

I want you all to think like this.... All harleys look alike,,,,Victory has taken on the biggest compitition there is and now they are coming out with bikes that look more like Victory's. Even Suzuki new aboulevard M109R looks like a Hammer. You can either pay too much and look like the rest of be like the Marines..The Best.

Great way to start a debate, broad sweeping generalizations, lets demonize everyone that doesn't think the way we do. Ride what you like, buy what you like, and argue about the merits of what you like. But base it on facts.

Fact is, the Victory Vision is a well engineered and designed motorcycle, with many standard features that will appeal to the distance rider. I haven't ridden one because it would be a waste of time, since I am not in the market until I get to 100,000 with my Ultra, about 5 years from now. And I may just rebuild the Ultra, because it happens to be a very good fit for me.

If everybody liked the same thing we would all be riding RK Customs. Glad that
everybody doesn't like the same thing. Have fun Ride SAFE.

I'm not sure if he is saying that other bikes are starting to look like Victorys, or that Victory is starting to look like it's own bike without looking like a Harley. And I don't know what Partzco is saying about paying too much and looking like the rest. In my experience, you will pay a lot more for the real thing (Harley) than the look-a-like bikes. Victorys aren't that expensive. Yet! And the fact is that you would probably get more for your money with a Victory versus a Harley.

I was not quite sure either, but don't paint with a broad brush. I couldn't believe my B-I-L got a Gold Wing, didn't even ride my Harley, after a standing offer! He said he didn't want a bike that looks like everyone elses. Go figure. When your mind is made up before the start of the conversation, it just limits the scope. Oh well. Ride Safe, Look Good !!!!
