I ride behind a small fairing and when it rains, it rains on my visor - anyone ever use rainex on their helmet visor? opinions?

(If the wing rider I travelled with for 60 miles through the rain on I-5 Mt. Shasta to Medford is on this site - thanks - it was good travelling with you - and you gotta a good woman there!)

I use Rain-X on my windsheild and on my .
I usually clean both the windsheild and the helmet thru visor with Plexus. follow the indtructions, then apply the Rain-X on the outside of both the windsheild and the helmet see thru visor and buff it up. I try not to ride in the rain unless I have to. The Plexus/Rain-X is just a precaution. Plexus is also good for regular plastic lens on eyeglasses too!

I just rode 60 miles in a downpour. This was with no fairing and no windshield; only a visor. The rain didn't give me one bit of trouble, I'd just occasionally wipe it off with my gloves.
