Currently overseas, but returning the middle of next year and plan to buy a bike. Personal preference is a bike with pipes on both sides. Looking for a cruiser or standard, 500-850cc, and not more than 5 years old.

The bikes that I am familiar with are: Triumph Bonneville/America, Kawasaki 550/750 Vulcans, and Suzuki VS 800 Intruder. Any others?

If you are in the military, send me your address via pm, and I will gather up info from the International M/C show, coming to my area at the start of Dec., and ship it over to you. I already am sending stuff to friends in Iraq and Korea. P/O has a flat rate box that works really well.

The Honda Magna has two pipes on each side. They've stopped making them, but I don't remember when.

I wasn't aware of the Honda Magna, which is why I was asking on this forum.

Another bike that I forgot was the Suzuki S50.

The Yamaha V-Max also has a pipe on each side.

I forgot to mention that I prefer a twin, not a 4 cyclinder, and a bike not over 10 years old.

Another bike I forgot about is the BMW 850 RT, but I don't think there are very many in the States.

Thanks,

Dan

If you want a twin, then the V-max and Magna are out. They are both V-fours.

Of the ones listed so far, I like Triumph Bonnevilles.

It don't look like I will be at the M/C show, but I have some friends going, and they will get some info for me, and I will send ya some magazines I have finished.
