Well, I know it's been a LONG time since I started this post and asked my question, but there was a method to my madness.
I was waiting until my Road King was ready for the 10,000-mile service so I could have the dealer change the pads for me during the service.

All I can say is, WOW!
Thanks to all of you who recommended the Lyndall "Z" pads.
The bike has NEVER stopped so well (including in the rain), they're silent, and disc brake dust seems to be a thing of the past.

Only time will tell what effect the "Z" pads may have on the rotors, and what kind of mileage I'll get out of them, but so far - I'm a believer.

Thanks again for the recommendation.

I am still happy with mine, Rick put a set on the rear of his Glide, and they are squeaking. Gotta take a close look at what he did.

I have an 08' FLHRC and want to get Lyndall Z-Plus brake pads. Where can I get them in Ohio? Or can I order them somewhere?

My local indy shop was able to get them in for me in just a few hours.

Worse case scenario.......shop online. You'll have them in less than a week.

Tommy Tune's right.

I bought mine off the Internet.
Google 'em (you'll find a number of sources) and then just go for the best price.
