Hi Guys, still loving the 05 RKC here, but chilly and rain as of late. Have a leak from the primary cover gasket after 4 years, but other than that and a cotter pin in the rear tire there has been no trouble.

Rented an 09 Geezer Glide while at the beach and tunes where the only thing I liked better about it. Might have to break down and do some windshield mount after market thing or ? Has anyone done that and can pass on info?

Thanks, HAG1

Haven't done it, but I've SEEN it done.

My opinion:
It ruins the look of the bike.
Makes the bike look like you're a Geezer wannabe.

Proudly flying my GEEZER flag:

Yes, that is a lawn chair hanging off the back of the Tour Pac.

When I was a kid in Michigan I always wanted a snow machine. Now, it doesn't seem like there are enough days with snow to make it worthwhile. In cinci, it would just collect dust for all but maybe 10-12 days.

I grew up on snowmobiles. I would anxiously wait for enough snow. Now I live in Denver. I can ride motorcycles all year. Not everyday, but at least one day out of every month.

We have what are commonly called "Seasons." They are actually differentiated from each other by changes in climate. Winter is cold and we get snow. Spring is warming up, plants come out of their dormant stage and bloom. Summer is hot, sometimes we get rain. Fall is like the opposite of Spring. It's cooling down and the plants go into their domant stage.

(Now that I am back in Miami).... I fail to grasp this concept. In Miami, summer starts on January 1st, and ends on Dec 31. In between we party.

NOTE: For the year and a half I was in Canada -- there were two seasons... Winter and Construction.
