Can you rent one???

He can't find one with enough Chrome!!!!

LOL... I actually asked at Warr's Harley Davidson (here in London).

Check it out HERE

A few things..first it is VERY pricey (multiply those prices times two to get US dollars roughly - then add taxes, taxes and taxes)

Second - they ain't got no touring bikes... as one of the guys in the shop said to me "We don't have your open roads mate"

Third.. this is London.. the City is even more crowded than Noo Yawk if you can picture it.

Last.. and NOT least.. THEY DRIVE ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD.
Scares the******out of me (I don't drive here, I take taxis and trains everywhere).

2008 World Tour now underway! Miami - Toronto - Chicago - Manchester, UK, Bristol, UK, London, UK, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO (now) ... and more!

I remember an episode of Happy Days where Fonzie is on a jury. they are trying a man for stealing a ladies purse. He rode by her on a motorcycle and snatched her purse. The ladie said that he grabbed it with his left hand. Fonzie convinced the jury that this guy didn't do it because he rode a Triumph, which is British, and therefore had the throttle on the left side of the handle bars. So, he couldn't have grabbed the purse with his left hand because he was riding an English bike that has the controls backwards from the American bikes. Just like the cars. I believed for years that Triumphs had the throttle on the left side. The Fonz said it so it had to be true.

Makes sense Gringo.

I don't remember that Happy Days episode but I know that Fonzie was better than Evel Kenevel. After all, Evel never jumped a Chicken Stand at Al's.

Neither did the Fonz. He crashed into the chicken stand. I forgot what he jumped. The term "Jump the Shark" referring to the point when a TV show starts to go down hill is from the two part episode where everyone is in California and Fonzie jumps a shark on water skis.

I think back and it seems that his jacket looked a lot like fake leather. When the show first started he wore a light blue windbreaker. I think he looked cooler in that then that goofy leather jacket.

2005 RKC here and the battery died. Where is the best place to get a battery from an internet site? The dealer wants $161.57 for a battery. Thought I could get one for a more reasonable price.

thanks.

Don't go thru the Internet... shipping restraints on batteries make it almost impossible and/or very expensive to ship one to you.

However, do yourself a favor: BEST PLACE FOR automotive batteries

I don't know which one fits the bike, but go there and they will tell you.
