McNabb can say what he wants. Unfortunately statistics don't lie. He's having a bad year.....so far.

I have to agree with you TT. If McNabb was winning there would be very little Criticism of him. I don't believe Eagle fans blame McNabb because of his race. It's simply because he is not playing well this year. I guess that's the easy way out when it's someone else's fault.

Rocky, you know I think the world of you, but I respectfully suggest that your being a Pats fans is clouding your judgment on this one. They didn't misinterpret anything, they cheated. The penalty has been much too light; the Jet game should be forfeit and Belichek should be out the door for the rest of the season if not permanently. And the possibility that other teams have done this in no way diminishes what the Pats have done. If others are found to have done the same the should be punished the the same as I'm suggesting for the Pats. Regardless of how they're doing this year or the fact that we don't like Coughlin here in NY, I'd be the first to demand punishment for my team, if only to ensure that their future success wasn't thought of as requiring an asterisk.

The bottom line is that professional sports in this country are infected by the same greed and lack of integrity that has proliferated in government and business. There isn't a single American sport that is played on a level field, free from drugs and cheating. That we continue to pay attention to these people and tolerate their salaries and their behavior is an indictment of its own on all of us.

Greenman.

HA! My "misinterpreted" was in quotes because you, I and the everyone knows that what Belichick did was wrong. My issue with this(and yes it may be because of my clouded judgment) is that I absolutely believe all teams do things that are shady or wrong. All teams have steroid abusers and all teams try and find different ways to get a competitive advantage. I have read articles quoting countless coaches who admit to doing the same thing/something similar. If this was the Browns who got caught the story would already be done. Don't think it was a coincidence that Brian Billick accused the Jets of cheating this past weekend. The coaching fraternity plays by rules that aren't written, Mangina obviously crossed them and many in the league I'm sure have more issue with what Mangina did than what Belichick did. I'm not condoning anything, I think we got slapped pretty hard by the league and deservedly so. But I think the fans of other teams who hate the Pats are loving this because they finally have something to bash them for. Pats will go undefeated.

And for the record I think if there were a white starting RB in the league who ran for 45 yards a game and fumbled a bunch the fans who heckle the******out of him. Now if he were like LT.... then I see kind of see your point Lionsfan. But then again, LT is also given superstar status.

Philly is a brutal town. When you win, everyone loves you. When you lose, they want your head.

As for Belichick, everyone in sports cheats...it just sucks when you get caught. I think he should be fined, and suspended for the season for not being stealthy. LOL.

It wasn't cheating, and it got us the game. But, when Mike Shanahan called a time out last Sunday AS the Raiders were kicking a game winning field goal. It seemed kinda un-ethical. It was completely legal, in fact he warned the refs that he was going to do it. He's supposed to. He knew that he could do that, it was a tool in his arsenal. That is the beauty of Mr. Shanahan. I fully expected the Raiders to do the same, but didn't. I felt bad because we won because we were smarter than the other guys, almost like we took advantage of someone, but that is my shiite! There is a blurry line, and I don't think everyone can always tell when they cross it.

When you play by the rules and win, you can stand up with pride and enjoy. Otherwise, all you've "won" is smeared with a veneer of slime. Shanahan played it by the book. Belichek did not. It's that simple. And again, this isn't a Pats thing, it's a cheating thing. Everybody who does it should get slapped back hard until it finally stops.

So, hate to change the subject, but let's get back to baby needing new shoes. Last time around, I wanted Metzler 880s, but there was a delivery prob and I wanted to ride.....right now! dammit! Given that, I put a brand new Dunlop on the back and it lasted 18k miles.

The wear bars were starting to poke through, but even in the rain I didn't notice any probs.

At 18K miles, I wasn't comfortable continuing to ride on it, so I took the scoot into my local indy wrench last weekend and put..yep...another Dunlop on the back.

When the front goes again, I'm thinking I may put a stock tire on the front again also...particularly if I keep getting this kind of mileage.

So here's my question: Do I just check my tire pressure too often and spend waaaaaaaaaay too much time making sure I'm neither over nor under, or are these Dunlops, while not the most comfortable shoes, pretty f'ing good?

Thought I heard a new rattle and yep broke a muffler support that ran down the back side of the rear fender.
Now I have a rattle in the nacelle a bit and thought I heard an exhaust whiff here and there.
Sure enough the rear pipe is cracked near the cylinder . 180 for a new one.
And the rear brake switch quit on me too.

I just had the same support break. Just ordered a replacement. The parts guy told me I was the third person that week replacing the left side support.
Seems the MoCo has a problem with that particular piece.
Luckily (knocks wood) I haven't had the pipe crack.
