RE: A NEW HONDA VALKRIE?????
Uncomfortable...you have got to be joking...right. I am 6'2 with a 32 inch inseam and the 3 Valks I have owned were the best bikes ever, I did improve ride comfort by adding Ultimate Big Boy seats and some highway pegs to stretch out a bit.
Had a rush of blood to the head and sold the last Valk and now have a 08 Ultra...great bike but not as a complete bike as the Valk, which braked better, cornered like it was on rails, got attention wherever it went and was completly reliable.
I regret selling the Valk but do not regret getting the HD, if you follow my meaning and if Honda ever have a rebirth of the Valk's I for one would be lining up for one

Just joined today
Put in a subscription as well.
Found the mag here in NZ and really liked the content so came and had a look at the web site, nice.
I ride a 2008 Ultra. Still winter here in NZ at present but we can ride all year, went out with some mates last weekend for about 350km's..yes there was heavy ice on the roads up in the hills but was good down lower, temps got between just above 30 and just below 40. Sun was out and was a great day for a ride. Met up with about another 50 odd Harley riders at a place called Whakamaru....say that ten times...grin.
Anyway looking forward to this board.
Came to the States in July/August 2007 and did 10000 miles with 26 mates, travelled 13 mid west states and a week in Canada going from Vancouver Island to Kamloops, Whistler, Jasper Banf, Fernie, Whitefish then back into the States and on to Sturgis for 4 nights...wow. Awesome countries fantastic people best 60 days of my life:)
