2nd Annual “The Greatest Escape” Motorcycle Ride for Mesothelioma

Second annual motorcycle ride “The Greatest Escape” to benefit victims of malignant pleural mesothelioma, an aggressive asbestos-related form of cancer affecting approximately 3,000 people in the US each year. .
Actor Perry King will lead this year’s ride, and all proceeds will be donated to The Pacific Meso Center at the Pacific Heart, Lung & Blood Institute stem cell research.
The event will kick off at 8:30 a.m. at Bartels’ Harley Davidson in Marina Del Rey, California, with registration and light Continental breakfast. At 10 a.m. law enforcement staff will escort the participants along the stunning views of the Pacific Coast Highway to the rustic and historic Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills, Calif. (2903 Cornell Rd) for a BBQ tri-tip lunch and craft beer, a concert by a Johnny Cash tribute band, The Walking Phoenixes, as well as live auction and opportunity drawings with prizes valued at up to a few thousands of dollars.
Participation fees are $40 for riders and passengers each, and include a ride, ride pin, bandana, food, entertainment and parking. Lunch, entertainment and parking only tickets are also available for $25.
